This series of furnace are used for automobile, motorcycle and
engine part’s carburizing,carbonitriding, heat hardening, annealing
and normalizing etc in the protection atmosphere. They are highly
automated,efficient, economic and practical heat-treatment

Feature | ||||||
Wide usage: It’s suitable for various techniques: carburizing, carbonitriding,
heat hardening, annealing and normalizing in protection atmosphere. It has many functions: hardening directly after carburizing, slow
cooling after carburizing, and reheated hardening after carburizing
and slow cooling. It’s suitable for a wide range of temperature: it can carry out
controlled atmosphere heat treatment in the temperature range of
760℃-950℃. It’s suitable for a wide range of carbon potential: 0.20%-1.20%. Low operation cost: Energy conservation design, water cooling-free, sealed construction, famous brands of components, low power cost, low gas consumption, reduced maintenance costs and long service life. Easy operation: The whole process is automatically operated. Simultaneously it is

Structure | ||||||
Multi-functional chamber furnace is composed of the forehearth
chamber, the oil tank, the back chamber and the control system.
According to the productivity and the user’s production site, it
can be arranged to various types of production line. Discharging trolley: The discharging trolley is unidirectional, bidirectional, and it
could rotate 90 degrees to suit for the loading and unloading of
the heat-treatment furnace, the cleaning machine, the tempering
furnace and the roller table conveyor material platform and so on. Forehearth chambe: The forehearth chamber can prevent the oxygen permeating to the
furnace when loading, and to protect the heat treatment workpiece from being oxidized in the
front room during the process of cooling and the oil bath quenching. There is a fire curtain
outside the furnace, which can reduce the oxygen quantity which is permeated in the furnace greatly, simultaneously prevents the furnace gas and the air from forming explosive mixture in the forehearth chamber. Only when the oxygen is eliminated totally could the workpiece be put in, to make sure that the furnace gas component of the heating chamber will not be affected by putting in the workpiece. The forehearth chamber is double walled structure, and cooled by oil. The forehearth chamber can be designed into two layers so that the workpiece can be cooled in the upper layer of the forehearth chamber in protection atmosphere after treament . Meanwhile, the fresh material can be loaded in the lower layer of the heating furnace. The forehearth chamber is equipped with a pressure release safety valve to prevent excessive chamber pressure. Middle drive set(including the following two middle drive sets): The external drive equipment, installed in the back of the furnace
chamber, moves the heat treatment workpiece between the forehearth
chamber and the heating chamber. The internal drive equipment, installed in front of the furnace
chamber, returns to the forehearth chamber as soon as putting the
workpiece into the furnace and then stays in the furnace low
