This series are mainly used for the quenching heat treatment of
high-speed steel, molding tool steel, martensitic stainless steel,
alloy steel, titanium alloy and titanium alloy etc. Because it has
the gas quenching and oil quenching functions, it can provide many
kinds of technical selection methods and the processing applicable
scope. The whole process is full automatic program controlling. | |||||
Feature | |||||
The furnace body is of streamline form, fission type, compact
double room structure; overall layout is reasonable and artistic. The integral-type heating furnace tube, the internal skip uses the
superimposition type overall construction, the frequency control,
the material transmission execution slow quick - slow, and the
transmission is steady and the time is shorter. The unique air cooled way, conduction current air flue is set
inside, the compulsion air cooled, the current capacity big, and
the air current even, the cooling speed quick. The fuel tank’s volume is big, arranging many spray nozzles of oil
guides. When injecting, there will be fierce oil convection and the turbulent flow in the fuel tank. It
may satisfy the big work piece’s quenching request. The vacuum degree and cool air pressure are adjustable, so as to
meet the various materials’ different requirements. The operating is easy. Programming technique input is flexible and
mechanical action is stable and reliable. Manual or automatic
switching has no interference and automatic alarm display. | |||||
Structure | |||||
The complete standard modularization design includes the steel
structure furnace shell body, the compound heat preservation screen
of the heating zone, the heating tape (stick), the high-velocity
air flue, the high efficiency motor with fan, the high efficiency
gas heat interchanger, the hot gasification system, the vacuum
system, the cooling aqueous system and the electricity control
system. According to the furnace temperature and the customers’
technological requirements, using graphite, molybdenum or tungsten
as the heating element and heat shield. | |||||
